Mistakes happen — that’s why we offer our Emerald Blind Measurement Protection to give you peace of mind when ordering.

What It Covers

If you’ve measured incorrectly, we’ll remake your blind or curtain once, with the correct sizes — at no extra cost for the remake (delivery charges may still apply). This only applies when Measurement Protection is selected at the time of ordering.

How It Works

You’ll receive a free replacement made to your corrected measurements.
The replacement will match the original item exactly (same fabric, colour, options), with only the size updated.
If the corrected size leads to a higher price, you’ll need to pay the difference.
If the corrected size is cheaper, no refund will be given.

Important Conditions

You must contact us within 10 working days of receiving your original order to activate the protection.
The original item must be returned in its original packaging. If it’s damaged or missing, we may cancel your protection and no replacement will be made.
If the revised size is smaller than the original, we may attempt to adjust the product instead of remaking it (if possible).
Delivery charges for the replacement will apply.
Only one remake per item is allowed under this protection.
If the item is out of stock at the time of remake:
- You can wait until the item becomes available again.
- Or we can refund the protection fee (the original item is not refunded).

What's Not Covered

Orders where Measurement Protection was not selected at checkout.
Changes to product style, colour, fabric, or type — this protection only applies to size mistakes.
Requests made after 10 working days of delivery.

Vertical Blinds – Fit Type

Choose this option if your blinds will be fitted within the window recess. To get the perfect fit, measure both the width and drop in three different spots, then give us the smallest measurement from each. We’ll take 10mm off the width to ensure your blind operates smoothly once mounted inside the brackets.

Select this option when your blinds will sit outside the window recess. You can decide how far you’d like them to extend past the window frame. Measure the full width and drop in three places and send us the smallest of each. For the best coverage and minimal light seepage, we suggest adding around 7.5cm to each side, as well as the top and bottom.

Blackout Lining

3 Pass Blackout lining – Polycotton base with acrylic coating, please note when blackout is added to Roman blinds, Light will come through the stich holes of the tape and also around the edges of the blind, therefore your blind will not create total blackout

Thermal Bonded Lining

This Energy efficient thermal interlining gives extra padding for that luxurious feel and look. this extra layer of wadding is bonded onto normal lining creating an insulating layer at your windows, given added warmth to your room
