• The Emerald Blind Measurement protection guarantee applies solely to incorrect measurements. Products will be replaced with identical specifications as the original order, barring the necessary size adjustments.
• If the revised measurements lead to a price higher than your initial payment, you’ll be charged the extra amount. However, if the new measurements are cheaper than what you initially paid, the difference will not be refunded.
• If the new measurements are smaller than the original ones, we will try to adjust the item instead of manufacturing a new one, if feasible.
• The price at the time of placing your order on the website will be used. We cannot apply any previous sale prices or discount codes to this.
• If you activate the Emerald Blind Measurement protection guarantee, the original order must be returned in its original packaging before your new order is delivered. If the packaging is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to cancel your Emerald Blind Measurement protection guarantee and halt the production of your replacement items. If you have paid for the Emerald Blind Measurement protection guarantee, no money will be refunded.
• If you want to activate the Emerald Blind Measurement protection guarantee, you must inform us of the correct measurements within 10 working days of receiving your original purchase.
• Upon activating your Emerald Blind Measurement protection guarantee, you must pay the applicable delivery charges under all circumstances.
• We can only offer one remake per item where the Emerald Blind Measurement protection Guarantee was chosen at the point of sale. Any subsequent orders will not be covered if the Emerald Blind Measurement protection guarantee was not selected at the point of sale.
• If the item is out of stock when placing your Emerald Blind Measurement protection order, we can either refund the amount paid for Emerald Blind Measurement protection or you would need to wait for the stock to arrive. We will not refund the original item.

Blackout Lining

3 Pass Blackout lining – Polycotton base with acrylic coating, please note when blackout is added to Roman blinds, Light will come through the stich holes of the tape and also around the edges of the blind, therefore your blind will not create total blackout

This Energy efficient thermal interlining gives extra padding for that luxurious feel and look. this extra layer of wadding is bonded onto normal lining creating an insulating layer at your windows, given added warmth to your room

Measure the width wall to wall at the top, middle and bottom and take note of the smallest measurement.

For Grip Fit we only need top of recess measurement.

For the drop, measure the ceiling to window sill at the left, middle and right.

Take note of the smallest number. For Vertical blinds and Allusion Blinds, we will deduct 10mm of the width and drop to allow clearance. Roman blinds we will deduct 10mm off the width but no deductions will be deducted off the drop measurement

Please note, Day and Night blinds or Roller blinds if adding a cassette option, we will deduct 10mm off the width of the cassette, so the actual fabric width will be 40mm less than the cassete

We recommend adding at least 10cm to overlap the window.
