Mistakes happen — that’s why we offer our Emerald Blind Measurement Protection to give you peace of mind when ordering.

If you’ve provided incorrect measurements, we’ll remake your blind or curtain free of charge for the remake itself — as long as the product remains in the same price bracket.
If your corrected measurements push the item into a higher size or price range, you’ll just need to pay the difference in cost. There’s no refund if the remake would cost less than your original order.

• You receive a free size remake of the same product with your corrected measurements.

• The style, fabric, and options must remain exactly the same as the original order.

• If the new size results in a higher cost (e.g. due to wider width or longer drop), the extra amount is payable before production begins.

• If the new size would cost less than what you originally paid, no refund will be given.

• You must notify us of the updated measurements within 10 working days of receiving your order.
• The original item must be returned in its original packaging. If packaging is damaged or missing, we may cancel the guarantee and no remake will be issued.
• If the new size is smaller than the original, and adjustments are possible, we may alter the product rather than remake it from scratch.
• Delivery charges for the replacement will still apply.
• This guarantee covers one remake per item only — further changes will not be covered.

• Orders where Measurement Protection wasn’t selected at checkout.

• Changes to product style, fabric, colour, or configuration — it strictly covers size mistakes.

• Requests made after 10 working days from delivery.

• Items returned in poor or damaged condition.

• If the item is unavailable at the time of your remake request:

  • You can choose to wait for it to come back into stock, or

  • Request a refund of the protection fee. (No refund will be given for the original item.)

This Energy efficient thermal interlining gives extra padding for that luxurious feel and look. this extra layer of wadding is bonded onto normal lining creating an insulating layer at your windows, given added warmth to your room
